Getting them installed

But here is a pro tip: because these units are sealed to keep water out, they trap more heat internally.**Don’t mount them flush against the ceiling.**Leave a little breathing room. If you jam them tight against the surface, you might actually warp your ceiling material over time. At the end of the day, you can go with the cheap halogen bulbs and replace them every couple of years, or you can put in a sealed system once and forget about it.
